Home Realty Solutions, Inc. was formed in 2007. It has been actively operating full time in Phoenix Arizona as well as out-of-state markets nationally that are a good fit. Barry Hart founded the company and under his stewardship, it has established

itself as a leader in the residential single-family home space for the benefit of helping owners who need to sell their home or investment property, that is a good fit for a buyer who can buy the home but not the credit due to blemishes on the credit report. These buyers may be self-employed as engineers, tradesmen, healthcare professionals, and the like. They are making money but do not fit within a bank’s lending guidelines.
